Medicare payment increases for primary care providers finalized in 2020 will result in lower payments for outpatient services provided by audiologists and speech-language pathologists (SLPs) next year without congressional intervention. Ask your federal representatives to address looming Medicare payment cuts to health care providers, including audiologists and SLPs, that will limit beneficiary access to critical hearing, balance, speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive care.
